3-AMINO-5-BROMO-PYRIDIN-4-OL Use and Manufacturing

A mixture of compound 90.1 (1 .0 g, 5.29 mmol), 1 , 2-dibromoethane (0.6 g, 3.19 mmol) and K3C03 (2.2 g, 15.92 mmol) in DMF (15 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 3 hours. The mixture was diluted with EA (150 mL) and washed with brine (50 mL*3). The organic phase was dried over anhydrous Na2S04, filtered and evaporated under vacuum to give 230 mg of crude product, which was purified by Pre- TLC to give 130 mg of pure compound. 1 HNMR (300 MHz, CDCI3) delta 7.95 (d, 2H), 4.43 (t, 2H), 3.47 (t, 2H).A mixture of A mixture of To a stirred solution of
