Bazinaprine Use and Manufacturing
Compound (I) and hydrazine are condensed and cyclized to obtain compound (II). It is brominated to obtain compound (III), and then dehydrobrominated to obtain compound (IV). Compound (IV) reacts with phosphorus oxychloride to obtain 3-chloro-6-phenyl-4-pyridazinenitrile and 4-(2-ethylamino)morpholine (V). Then heat it in butanol to get bazinoprin. Hydrochloric acid acidification can get dihydrochloride.
