To a solution of compound 3 (138 mg, 0.45 mmol ) and To a mixture of compound 4 (0.035 g, 0.113 mmol) and To a mixture of compound 5 (22 mg, 0.079mmol) and compound 6 (14.7 mg, 0.079 mmol) in anhydrous DCM (3 mL) was added pyridine (31.2 mg, 0.395 mmol) followed by POC13 (13.3 mg, 0.087 mmol) at 0°C under N2 atmosphere and the reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 30 minutes. The mixture was poured into ice water and extracted with DCM twice. The combined organic layers were washed withbrine, dried over anhydrous Na2SO4 and concentrated to dryness to afford compound 7 (30 mg, crude) as a light yellow solid that was directly used to the next reaction without further purification.LC/MS (ESI) m/z: 446 (M+H).To a mixture of compound 4 (60 mg, 0.24 mmol) and 6- bromo-3-methylpyridin-2-amine (0.045 g, 0.24 mmol) in DCM (3 mL) was added pyridine (0.096 g, 1.21 mmol) followed by POC13 (0.041 g, 0.27 mmol) at 0 °C. The mixture was stirred at roomtemperature for 30 minutes. The mixture was quenched by ice water and extracted with DCM. The combined organic layers were washed with 0.5 N HC1 and brine, dried with anhydrous Na2SO4 and concentrated to dryness to afford compound 5(87mg, yield 86.13percent) as a yellow solid. LC/MS (ESI) m/z: 4i6(M+H).A mixture of(1 R, 3S, 5R)-2-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-5 - [(4-tert-butyl- 1, 3 -thiazol-2-yl)methyl] -2-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane-3-carboxylic acid (21 mg, 0.055 mmol) and Into the mixture of(1 R, 5R)-2-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-5 - [(4-methylimidazol- 1 -yl)methyl]-2-azabicyclo [3.1. 0]hexane-3-carboxylic acid S3 (53 mg, 0.164 mmol) and Into mixture of (1R, 3 5, 5R)-5-(( 1H-pyrazol- 1 -yl)methyl)-2-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-2-azabicyclo[3. 1 .0]hexane-3 -carboxylic acid 3 (25 mg) and To a solution of compound 229-S8 (210 mg, 0.71 mmol ) and
