b b Methylamine hydrochloride (1.1 g, 16.3 mmol and triethylamine (3.3 g, 32.6 mol) in 40 mL of DCM was added dropwise Dimethylamine hydrochloride (1.3 g, 15.4 mmol and triethylamine (3.1 g, 30.0 mmol) in 30 ml of DCM was added dropwise 3-Bromo-4-fluorobenzenesulfonyl chloride (0.96 g, 3.5 mmol, CAS: 63191-19-1) was dissolved in 8 mL dichloromethane (DCM) and triethylamine (0.71 g, 7.1 mmol) , tert-Butylamine (0.28 g, 3.9 mmol) was added and stirred at room temperature for 3 h.The TLC detects the reaction of the starting material completely. The reaction solution was poured into water and extracted with DCM.The organic layer is washed with brine and dried to give1.01 g of M-1-1.
