1. When used in combination with phenothiazines, butyrophenones, and rauwolfia alkaloids, endocrine dysfunction or extrapyramidal symptoms may occur, so it should be used with caution. 2. Use with caution in patients who are currently using digitalis. 3. When used in combination with anticholinergic drugs, the effect of this product in treating dyspepsia may be inhibited. 4. Theoretically, this product has a gastric motility effect, which may affect the absorption of drugs taken at the same time, especially oral preparations such as sustained-release preparations or enteric-coated preparations. However, when this product is used in combination with patients who are stable on digoxin or acetaminophen, it has no effect on the blood concentration of these drugs. 5. This product does not increase the effect of neuroleptics. 6. This product can inhibit the peripheral effects of dopamine agonists (dyspepsia, nausea and vomiting) and has no effect on the central nervous system. 7. This product is mainly metabolized by CYP3A4. According to in vitro tests, the blood concentration of this product increases when used in combination with CYP3A4 inhibitors. CYP3A4 inhibitors include imidazole antifungals, macrolide antibiotics, HIV protease inhibitors, and nefazodone.
