Poly(tetrahydrofuran) Use and Manufacturing

PTMEG is one of the important raw materials for the production of spandex and polyurethane elastomers. It is used as the soft segment in urethane and can provide good hydrolysis resistance, low temperature resistance and dynamic properties of polyurethane products. It can also be used as the main raw material for elastomer products, resins for synthetic leather, and elastic fibers (spandex).
