Metronidazole Phosphate is the phosphate ester of metronidazole, a synthetic nitroimidazole derivative with antiprotozoal and antibacterial activities.|A nitroimidazole used to treat AMEBIASIS; VAGINITIS; TRICHOMONAS INFECTIONS; GIARDIASIS; ANAEROBIC BACTERIA; and TREPONEMAL INFECTIONS.
