Ribavirin 5'-diphosphate is a 1-ribosyltriazole that is ribavirin in which the hydroxy group at the 5'-position is replaced by a diphosphate group. It is the metabolite of the antiviral agent ribavirin. It has a role as an antiviral agent and a drug metabolite.
