Description
Lobucavir has been used in trials studying the treatment of HIV Infections and Cytomegalovirus Infections.|Lobucavir is a nucleoside analog of deoxyguanine with broad-spectrum antiviral activity. Lobucavir is phosphorylated in vivo to its triphosphate form and inhibits viral DNA polymerase and viral DNA replication.
