Drug Function and Efficacy
The blood concentration of sulfa should not exceed 200 μg/ml. If it exceeds this concentration, the incidence of adverse reactions will increase and the toxicity will increase. Excessive short-term use of this product will cause loss of appetite, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, confusion, depression, fever, hematuria, crystalluria, blood diseases, jaundice, bone marrow suppression, etc. Long-term excessive use of this product will cause bone marrow suppression, resulting in a decrease in platelets and leukocytes and megaloblastic anemia.
