Methods of Manufacturing

Using 1, 8-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid anhydride as a raw material, through amination and alkali fusion, 3, 4, 9, 10-perylene tetracarboxylic diimide is prepared, which is then condensed with p-aminoanisole to obtain the product. After being refined, it is filtered, crushed and dried to obtain a finished product. Put 600kg of 1, 8-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid anhydride, 540kg of ammonia (25%) and 1600L of water into the autoclave, heat it to 100-110℃, the pressure is about 0.2-0.25MPa, and keep it warm for 5 hours. Cool to below 40°C, filter and wash to obtain 1, 8-naphthalimide. The yield is about 91.5%. Add 300kg of potassium hydroxide (90%-92%) and 30kg of anhydrous sodium acetate to the caustic melting pot, mix, heat to melt, raise the temperature to 225°C, add 1, 8-naphthalimide in batches, a total of 120kg Incubate at 230-235℃ for 2h, cool to 200℃, add about 600L of hot water, then dilute to 5000-6000L with water, and oxidize with air at room temperature until 3, 4, 9, 10-perylenetetraformyl is precipitated Diimine, filtered, washed with water, and dried to obtain about 100kg of imine. Add 1000kg of sulfuric acid (98%) into the enamel reactor, add 100kg of perylene tetraformimide under stirring, heat to 200℃, keep for 5h, cool to 80℃, dilute with water to the acid concentration of about 82%, stir for 2h , Cool to below 50°C and filter. The filter cake was slurried with 3000L water, stirred for 1 hour, filtered, washed with water until neutral, and dried to obtain about 80 kg of perylene tetracarboxylic anhydride. Add 500kg of p-anisidine to the condensation pot, heat to 80°C to melt, add 100kg of perylenetetracarboxylic anhydride under stirring, heat to 100°C, evaporate water, and continue heating to 200°C. The end point of the reaction is detected at any time (the end point is the absence of perylene tetracarboxylic anhydride). After the reaction is over, cool to 70-90°C, slowly add 450kg hydrochloric acid (30%), add water to dilute to 1000L, cool to 50°C and filter, and wash the filter cake with water until it is neutral. Heat to 90°C, keep for 2h, cool to 50°C, filter, and wash the filter cake with water until it is neutral. Then the filter cake is beaten with 2000L water, 20-60kg sodium hypochlorite solution is added (the amount depends on the needs of dye shade), heated to 70℃, stirred for 2h, filtered and washed with water. After adding the diffusion agent to the filter cake, it is ground and dried to obtain a finished product.

Used as a high-grade external industrial coating, one of the varieties of pigments for cars, but also for plastics, painting pigments and gravure printing inks
