Shimazaki Brilliant Wool Blue FFR Use and Manufacturing
Taking N-ethyl-N-(m-sulfonylbenzyl)m-toluidine and p-diethylaminobenzaldehyde as raw materials, the two are first condensed under the protection of nitrogen, and then oxidized and refined to obtain the product. After filtering, drying and crushing, the finished product is obtained. . Add 135.2g (0.433mol) of N-ethyl-N-(m-sulfonylbenzyl) meta-toluidine, 39.2g (0.23mol) of p-diethylaminobenzaldehyde, and aqueous oxalic acid (10%) in the condensation reactor 200mL and 1000mL of water, reflux for 1.5h under N2 protection. Then add 150mL of sodium acetate aqueous solution (18%) and continue to reflux for 1.5h. It was cooled to 95°C and filtered, washed with water and methanol successively, and dried under vacuum at 80°C to obtain about 142g of the product. Add 23.1g (0.3mol) of the above condensation product, 400mL of 50% acetic acid, and 200mL of oxalic acid solution (10%) into the oxidation reactor, stir to dissolve, cool to -10℃, and then quickly (within 30s) add the sodium dichromate aqueous solution (Prepared from 3.15g sodium dichromate and 20mL water), cool to keep the temperature at -8-5 ℃, stir quickly. Then add 600 mL of saturated sodium sulfate solution at 12°C, and then add 200 mL of concentrated ammonium hydroxide solution to neutralize acetic acid, cool to 0°C, and filter to obtain the oxidation product. Add the above-mentioned oxidation product filter cake, 60mL of sulfuric acid and 600mL of water to the refiner, stir to dissolve, then add sodium hydroxide aqueous solution (68g 50% sodium hydroxide solution diluted to 120mL) below 10°C, stir for 40min, filter, and take The filtrate (about 1400 mL) is added with 200 g of anhydrous sodium sulfate at about 20°C for salting out, stirred for 30 min, filtered, and dried to obtain 22.6 g of pure dye.
Weak acid brilliant blue FFR is suitable for dyeing wool, silk and its blended fabrics. It can also be printed directly on wool and silk fabrics, with bright and bright colors. Levelling and discharge performance are good. When used for dyeing wool and other fibers in the same bath, acetate fiber, cellulose fiber and nylon are slightly stained. It is also used for the coloring of leather and matchsticks, and it can be used to enhance the color of shoe polish.
