Acetic acid, 2-[(dimethoxyphosphinothioyl)thio]-, methyl ester Use and Manufacturing
The preparation method is to react methyl sulfide ammonium salt with methyl chloroacetate to obtain phosphorothioate. Put 1100～1200kg methyl sulfide ammonium salt aqueous solution (content about 38%～42%) and a certain amount of methyl chloroacetate into the reactor, stir, adjust pH=6～7, then heat up to 35～38℃, stop Heating, self-heating, and control the temperature at 55～58℃, keep for 2.5h. After the reaction is completed, cool, add 200 kg of water, stir for a while, and pump the reaction solution to a water separator to stand still for stratification. After the ester layer is filtered, it is placed in a water separator pre-filled with 200 kg of water and allowed to stand for 30 minutes to separate the waste water. After the ester layer is washed with water and allowed to stand, a crude phosphorothioate is obtained. The crude phosphorothioate is desolvated by the rising film evaporator, gas-liquid is separated and cooled to obtain the refined phosphorothioate.
