The 2-chloride 113 was converted into the amine 122 according to standard Chichibabin reaction conditions. The 2-amine 122 (1 mmol) and isocyanate [(1] mmol) in dry CHC13 (10 mL) were then heated under reflux for 16 h. This gave, after filtration, the urea derivative 123.
