Description
Betahistine Dihydrochloride is a histamine H3 receptors inhibitor used as an antivertigo drug.Target: Histamine ReceptorBetahistine, a structural analogue of histamine with weak histamine H(1) receptor agonist and more potent H(3) receptor antagonist properties. Betahistine acts centrally by enhancing histamine synthesis within tuberomammillary nuclei of the posterior hypothalamus and histamine release within vestibular nuclei through antagonism of H(3) autoreceptors [1].Therapeutic effe
A histamine analog and H1 receptor agonist that serves as a vasodilator. It is used in MENIERE DISEASE and in vascular headaches but may exacerbate bronchial asthma and peptic ulcers.

Drug Function and Efficacy
This product is a diamine oxidase inhibitor, which has a significant dilating effect on cerebrovascular and cardiovascular vessels, especially on the vertebral artery system, significantly increasing the blood flow of the heart, brain and peripheral circulation, improving blood circulation, and lowering systemic blood pressure.
