Drug Function and Efficacy

It belongs to the triphenylmethane dye disinfectant, which can compete with the microbial enzyme system for hydrogen ions, making the enzyme inactive and oxidized state, and exerting a bactericidal effect. It mainly kills Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus, Corynebacterium diphtheriae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans, and Epidermophyton, and has almost no effect on other Gram-negative bacteria and acid-fast bacilli. It has low toxicity, no irritation to tissues, and can condense with necrotic tissues to form a protective film, playing an astringent role.
