Uses

1. Antioxidant 1222 (976-56-7) is a phosphorus-containing hindered phenol antioxidant with good resistance to extraction. Especially suitable for polyester anti-aging, generally added before polycondensation, because it is also a polycondensation catalyst for polyester, used to eliminate the currently toxic catalyst antimony trioxide, because this product does not reduce the rate of reaction, not with the catalyst The residue reacts to keep the polyester melt free from thermal oxidation degradation, which greatly avoids the discoloration of the polycondensate and keeps the viscosity stable due to rain. 2. There is a synergistic effect when used in combination with an ultraviolet absorber. The general dosage is 0.3~1.0 servings. It can also be used in the transportation and storage of dimethyl terephthalate, which can effectively prevent the tendency to turn yellow.
