Rennin Use and Manufacturing

It has washing, conditioning, antistatic and bactericidal effects. It is used in the preparation of shampoos, bath agents, facial cleansers, baby detergents; enzyme preparations. It is widely used in cheese manufacturing, and also used in the manufacture of coagulated casein and curd pudding. The amount depends on the production needs. The general dosage of powder is 0.002%～0.004%, first dissolve it in 2% salt solution for use.
