Glycinamide Use and Manufacturing
(1) In the presence of strong alkaline substances and ketone compounds, it is obtained by hydrolyzing aminoacetonitrile in a water-soluble solvent. Add 11.2g of 50% aminoacetonitrile aqueous solution, 5.8g of acetone and 0.5ml of NaOH equivalent solution into a stirrer. , After stirring for 1 hour at 20°C in a 50ml three-necked flask with a thermometer, the pH of the reaction solution slowly dropped from 15.1 at the beginning of the reaction to 14.5 at the end of the reaction. The reaction was completed and the yield was 100%. (2) From the action of chloroacetamide and ammonia, first stir and react the chloroacetamide and concentrated ammonia at 10℃ for 2h, then heat to 25℃, stir and react with ammonia until the white crystals of chloroacetamide disappear, then Concentrate under reduced pressure at 50-60°C until crystals begin to precipitate.
Organic synthesis intermediates, feed additives, food additives and raw materials for α-amino acids.
