Second step, benzophenone oxime (900 mg) and concentrated HCl (1.84 ml) in EtOH (50 ml) was subjected to hydrogenation at atmospheric pressure in the presence of 10percent Pd/C (100 mg). The reaction solution was filtered and the filtrate was concentrated. The residue was suspended in EtOAc, and the suspension was filtered to yield diphenylmethylamine hydrochloride (2.17 g) as a white solid.Weigh precisely benzophenone oxime (900 mg), add 10percent Pd / C (100 mg) and concentrated hydrochloric acid (1.84 mL), dissolve in EtOH (50 mL), hydrogenate at atmospheric pressure, Filter the solution, remove the Pd / C, evaporate the filtrate, add ethyl acetate, mix well, dissolve, filter to give white solid diphenylmethylamine hydrochloride (2.17 g).The above prepared intermediate (II) 120g, activated carbon 12g, 360ml of absolute ethanol, reflux decolorization, activated carbon and silica were removed by filtration, the filtrate was added concentrated hydrochloric acid 110g, refluxed for 1.5 hours, the reaction was complete. Cooling, crystallization, filtration, washing, drying product 95.3g, yield 80.3percent, HPLC purity: 99.93percent.
