By inhibiting pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase, it activates the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex, increases oxygen uptake of liver cells, promotes lactate oxidation, reduces blood lactate levels, improves the body's acid-base metabolic balance, replenishes energy, and improves energy metabolism of liver cells; its metabolite glycine provides energy for liver cell metabolism and provides methyl for choline synthesis; it provides methyl under the action of ATP and promotes choline synthesis; it delays the release of dichloroacetic acid and reduces blood sugar and lactate levels.
