Methods of Manufacturing

In the potassium carbonate neutralization method, the dissolved potassium carbonate solution is placed in a reaction tank, boric acid is slowly added at a certain temperature for reaction, and the solution is filtered to remove water-insoluble matter. Then, after cooling, crystallization, centrifugal separation, and drying, the potassium borate product is obtained. Further refining and purification, reagent products can be prepared. 4H3BO3+K2CO3→K2B4O7+6H2O+CO2
