2-Fluoroisonicotinic acid Use and Manufacturing
a General procedure: To a solution of compound 9 (1.24 g, 4.0 mmol, 1.0 equiv) in dry CH2Cl2 (30 mL) was added thecorresponding carboxylic acid (1.83 g, 8.0 mmol, 2.0 equiv) and DMAP (50 mg, 0.4 mmol, 0.1 equiv). To theresulting mixture was added a solution of DCC (1.65 g, 8.0 mmol, 2 equiv) in CH2Cl2 (5 mL). After stirringovernight at room temperature, the reaction mixture was filtered and concentrated.
