10g of chromium trioxide, 4g of water and 40g of glacial acetic acid were heated and dissolved, cooled to 30°C, and 16g of bartoic acid was slowly added in batches to control the reaction temperature of 45-50°C. After the addition was completed, it was incubated for half an hour at 50°C, left overnight, 10 g of glacial acetic acid was added, and the crystals were collected by filtration. Mix 4g of crystals with 8g of water to heat and dissolve, and filter out insolubles. The filtrate was transferred into ammonium acetate-glacial acetic acid solution to pass ammonia, crystals were precipitated, filtered and washed with boiling ethanol to obtain ammonium purpurate.
