4-Amino-5-hydroxy-1,7-naphthalenedisulfonic acid Use and Manufacturing
It is derived from 1-naphthylamine-4, 6, 8-trisulfonic acid by neutralization, alkali fusion and acidification. Neutralize 1-naphthylamine-4, 6, 8-trisulfonic acid with soda lye to obtain sodium naphthylamine trisulfonate, and then use sodium hydroxide solution for alkali fusion at 178-184°C; then use sulfuric acid in 0.7- It is obtained by acidification at 0.78MPa for 4h. The resulting product is beige powder with a K acid content of 80%.
Used as an intermediate for azo dyes, reactive dyes and organic pigments, mainly used for the production of cationic dyes, reactive brilliant red K-2G, etc.
