5-Methylbenzotriazole Use and Manufacturing
Similar to the preparation method of benzotriazole, it can be obtained by diazotization and cyclization of toluene diamine. An older method is obtained by the reaction of m-toluidine diazonium salt with p-toluenesulfonamide.
