Sodium methyl oleoyl taurate Use and Manufacturing
Add the pre-prepared 6% NaCl aqueous solution into the reaction kettle, and add 73.4% sodium methyl taurate aqueous solution under stirring. Raise the temperature to about 40°C and adjust the pH to 9-10. Then add coconut oil fatty acid chloride and stir for 10 hours to obtain the product.
Widely used in printing and dyeing industry, especially suitable for wool fiber before dyeing and washing, the dosage is 1 ~ 2 g/L. It can be used for wool fabrics before dyeing, with dosage of 0.5~1.0 g/L, and treatment at 30~40 ℃ for 20 min. It can also be used as a penetrating agent for cationic dyes and a leveling agent for dyeing silk fabrics.
