CLEAR COLOURLESS LIQUID Glyceryl tripropanoate is odorless with a bitter taste. Tripropionin is insoluble in water and soluble in ethyl alcohol, ether, and chloroform.ChEBI: A triglyceride obtained by formal acylation of the three hydroxy groups of glycerol by propionic acid.
