Methods of Manufacturing

Stir and dissolve ethanol, hydroxylamine hydrochloride and pyridine, add gestation dienol acetone acetate, continue to reflux for 3h, cool to 5 ℃, filter, the filter cake is washed with ethanol, and then washed with warm water until neutral, and dried to obtain acetic acid pregnancy double Enone oxime. Then, the latter was stirred and cooled with benzene and pyridine to about 0°C, and a mixed solution of phosphorus oxychloride and benzene was slowly added to react at 4-7°C for 3 hours. Hydrochloric acid was added for hydrolysis, and the temperature was kept at 5°C for 2 hours. After standing, the water layer was separated. The benzene layer was washed with water and then steam distilled. After the benzene was evaporated, a light yellow solid was precipitated, filtered, washed with water until neutral, and dried at 80°C to obtain dehydroepiandrosterone acetate.
