Add 2.7 mL of 1, 3-butanediol, 15 mL of triethylamine, 30 mg of dimethylaminopyridine in a 200 mL round bottom bottle.Acridine, 100 mL of dichloromethane, and 10 mL of acetic anhydride were slowly added dropwise while stirring in an ice bath. After the addition is completed, the ice bath is removed and the system is at normal temperature.Stir for 16 hours. The reaction solution was washed with water, 1N hydrochloric acid and saturated sodium chloride solution, dried over anhydrous sodium sulfateObject. Finally, the product was isolated by column chromatography (petroleum ether: ethyl acetate = 10:1).The isolated yield was 80percent.
