Drug Function and Efficacy

It is decomposed into two highly biologically active substances, pyridoxal phosphate and buflomedil, in the body. Compared with buflomedil hydrochloride, pyridoxal phosphate promotes the absorption and utilization of buflomedil in the body. The two have a synergistic effect and enhance the function of inhibiting platelet aggregation. Pyridoxal phosphate participates in the biological metabolism of proteins as a coenzyme of transaminase; it promotes the conversion of cysteine in the damaged vascular endothelium into harmless cystathionine. Buflomedil inhibits α-receptor dilation of microvessels; increases the deformability of red blood cells; blocks calcium ion channels; and reduces tissue oxygen consumption. It can effectively improve the blood and nutrient supply of diseased tissues in the body and accelerate the repair of damaged tissues.
