In a 1 L four-neck round bottom flask equipped with stirrer, thermometer, gas bubbler and vent, nitrogen purgedgas. To the flask was added 500 g (2.2 mol) of APPLICATION Into a mixture of 32 g (1.00 mole) of methanol and 60 g (1.00 mole) of urea was dripped 118.7 g (0.50 mole) of dicyclopentyldichlorosilane produced in the same manner as in for a period of 1 hour at 40 C.
