L-Histidine hydrochloride monohydrate Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

A by-product of lysine separation from defatted soybean hydrolysate. It is the weakest among basic amino acids and can be separated from other basic amino acids by passing through an ion exchange resin column. Or it can be separated into insoluble mercury salt, 3, 5-dichlorobenzene sulfonate, etc. It is obtained by hydrolysis of hemoglobin with hydrochloric acid. Manufactured by fermentation method.

Uses

The precursor of histamine depends on the catalysis of histidine decarboxylase
