The Chinese Academy of Sciences Chengdu Organic Chemistry Co., Ltd., formerly known as the Chengdu Institute of Organic Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, was established in 1958. It was transformed into a limited liability company controlled by the Chinese Academy of Sciences on June 8, 2001. After the transformation, the company is committed to science and technology.
