The company is located in Linyi County, Dezhou, Shandong Province, and was established in 1998. The company is committed to developing high-tech products that fill the domestic gap, save energy, and protect the environment. It is the same as the Institute of Chemistry, Beijing Institute of Chemical Technology, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Shandong University, and Yangzi Petrochemical The Research Institute, Lanzhou Petrochemical Research Institute and other scientific research institutions have been cooperating all the year round, and there are many cooperation projects in the fields of polyolefin, new energy, new materials and so on. The company currently serves two major series of polyolefin projects: one is a series of external electron donor products for propylene polymerization. It is currently a production base with large domestic production capacity, complete varieties and high technical level. The comprehensive production capacity of various types of electron donors reaches 1,000 tons/year; the second is the series of antistatic agents. In 1999, the company's self-developed antistatic agent-Lujing 163, replaced the imported ATMER163. Over the past ten years, a series of antistatic agents such as 1800, 129, and 190 have been successively developed. The comprehensive production capacity reaches 3000 tons/year. The company currently has 52 employees. 8 senior technical experts from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Ministry of Aerospace Science and the Chinese Academy of Sciences are hired outside, mainly engaged in new product development and research, information consulting, and technical services. The company has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14000 environmental certification, and OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management certification. In 2003, it was rated as Shandong Provincial High-tech Enterprise and Shandong Excellent Private Technology Enterprise; in 1999, it won the National Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Science and Technology Innovation Fund Award. In 2009, the company's technology center was rated as Shandong Provincial Enterprise Technology Center. In July 2019, the company was awarded the Technical Center for Electronics and Modifiers by the China Petroleum and Petrochemical Engineering Research Association. The company is an excellent supplier of coal chemical companies such as Sinopec, CNPC, CNOOC, Shenhua Group, and China Coal Group.
