In Dec. 2017, Suzhou Crystal Clear Co., Ltd. (Stock referred to as SCCC. Code 300655) acquired and increased its capital to hold 80% of Jiangsu Yangheng Chemical Co., Ltd., which enabled the company to enter the field of high-purity electronic chemistry and created conditions for product upgrading.
