In 2004, Jiangxi Synergy Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was founded in Fengxin County of Jiangxi Province. Our company is located in Fengxin Industrial Park of Jiangxi Province, 55 kilometers far from the downtown of Nanchang city, with the total area of 80,000 square meters, and construction area of 62,000 square meters; the new manufacture site (plant of second stage) with 240,000 square meters is under schedule to be built up. Factories of our company were constructed in accordance with the GMP standard, and the facilities were well-equipped according to international requirements for the production of APIs. Our main products are APIs and intermediates. The capacity and quality of our main products are in the leading level amongst all Chinese factories. We have about 500 sets of various glass-lined and metal reation kettles with the volumes from 50 to 20,000L and the total reaction volume of 3,000,000L. We are one of the most strict API manufacturers in China for quality management. Our main APIs all have their DMFs to support, Q7 and other ICH related documents are of good implementation. Passing official quality system inspection with zero-defect is our pursuit. Our main products have passed GMP audit by NMPA, US-FDA, PMDA, MFDS, etc. Meanwhile, we have received over 50 times of quality audits from our customers all over the world every year. Over 95% of our products are sold to more than 40 territories, and over 80% of them are sold in the markets of three regions of EU, USA and Japan, Korea. Our strong R&D potency is a guarantee to maintain market competitiveness, keep introducing new products, and receive processing orders. The annual R & D Input accounts for more than 6% of sales.
