It covers an area of 30,000m2. Its registered capital is 16.50million RMB.Haili Company, a non-governmental joint stock company, was established by a group of technical personnel. It has totally 260 employees in which 16 are technicians who have senior technical titles, 65 of which have undergraduate diploma. The company possesses adequate and fully functional organic synthesis lab, advanced testing instruments and pilot workshop.
