It is situated in Chemical Industrial Park of Xihai International Industrial Park, which is a national industrial park in Jinzhou city. 5km from Beijing-Harbin Expressway, 1km from Jinzhou Port, 10km from Jinzhou Airport, it is easy of access. The company covers 65,000 sq. m. There are 150 employees, 35 of which have bachelor degree or above, 51 have special operation qualfication. Xihai is a modern comprehensive chemical enterprise engaged in scientific research, operation and production.
