Xinxiang Highland Pigments Co., Ltd.(XXHP) is a Sino-Foreign co-operative enterprise incorporated in 1994, under the co-operation with the international famous pigment companies of USA and Canada successively, also the co-operative partner & production base of the companies. Its predecessor is the color pigments branch of Xinxiang General Chemical Factory established in 1958. For many years, it has been the director of the lead-chromium pigments branch of China National Coatings Industry Association and the member of China National Coatings & Pigments Standardization Committee. Its products--Shuang Fei brand lead chrome yellow have been appraised as China Famous Brand products. Since the co-operation with the famous foreign pigments companies in 1994, XXHP has introduced & absorbed successively the advanced technology & experience on inorganic pigments’ production, quality control and R & D on new products from the companies. The widely use of imported & advanced instruments/equipment as Color Testing System, Xenon Testing Chamber on production, quality control, and new products’ development ensures XXHP’s quality be held on long-term good & stable, be well welcome and appraised by both domestic and overseas customers at plastic, paint and ink industries. XXHP lays equal stress on both domestic sales & export sales, and policy of combining introduction from outside with independent R & D is adopted. So far, has developed a product system of complete Color & products, diversify quality & grades and formed a production capacity of 10,000 metric tons annually. Besides this, with aiming at the changing situation at both domestic & international market and the demands from different customers, XXHP has been working at development of new products of high heat-resistance, light fastness and products suitable for special purpose. We believe that, with our unremitting efforts, there will be more and more new products with much better performance/price ratio come out. XXHP passed ISO9001:2000 certification on quality control system in 2002.
