1993 saw the establishment of Jilin Xingyun Chemical Co.,Ltd. Of Jilin Chemical Group Corp., which takes an advantage of convenient feed-stock supplies by PetroChina Jilin Petrochemical Company, one of the largest petrochemical bases in China. Through years of development, giving priority to chemical production, Jilin Xingyun Chemical Co.,Ltd. Of Jilin Chemical Group Corp. has been turned into a joint-stock company with the permanent assets of one hundred million Renminbi (about 12 million US dollars), joined with research and development, production and trade.At present, Jilin Xingyun Chemical Co.,Ltd. Of Jilin Chemical Group Corp., owns Research & Development Department, Additives Plant, Dispersants Plant, Lube Oil and Grease Plant, Sealing Materials Plant, Domestic Sales Department, and Foreign Trade Department with import and export privilege, being capable of producing hundreds of chemicals in eight series, such as, oil refining, dispersant, oil additive, catalyst, industrial clearing agent, industrial lubricants, automobile oil and antifreeze, etc.Jilin Xingyun has been approved Certificate of Quality of ISO9001:2000 issued by China Import and Export Quality Control Center, and rewarded Emphasized Hi-Tech Enterprise in China by National Scientific and Technical Bureau. The plant of 50000 metric tons/year of dispersant OCP viscosity index improver and plant of 150000 metric tons/year of antifreeze are listed in the regulating and rebuilding budget of public debt of northeast China's old industrial base sponsored by National Development and Reform Commission. By January of 2004, there are 312 employees in Jilin Xingyun, including 18 persons with senior title of technical post and 29 persons with intermediate title of technical post.
