Located in the beautiful bank of Yalu River, the burgeoning coastal city - Donggang, Liaoning Decheng Science & Technology Group Co., Ltd. is just 20 kilometers from Dandong which is the biggest border city in China and separated by the River.It was established in January 1999 by the name of “Dandong Decheng Chemical Co., Ltd.” and its product was only chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) at that time.Along with the continuous abundance in the product variety, especially the rapid development of cable compounds, the involvement in other areas and the establishment of the branches, our company was renamed “Dandong Decheng Plastic & Rubber Science & Technology Co., Ltd.” in the year of 2008.And then it was renamed “Liaoning Decheng Science & Technology Group Co., Ltd.” in November 2011.By 13 years’ development and management, our group already owns six branches:Liaoning National Bio-Tech Co., Ltd.Alashan Economic Development Zone Decheng Plastic & Rubber Science & Technology Co., Ltd.(Hereinafter referred to as the “Inner Mongolia factory”Dandong Decheng Trading Co., Ltd.Shouguang Jinsheng Chemical Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as the “Shandong factory”Dandong Decheng Plastic & Rubber Science & Technology Co., Ltd.Hebei Chengming Plastic & Rubber Science & Technology Co., Ltd.At present the annual output of various CPE made by our Inner Mongolia factory and Shandong factory is 25000 tons.Our parent company can produce 10000 tons of cable compounds、hose rubber and kinds of compounds every year.
