Liaoning Tianhua Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is in the Fluoro-Chemical Industrial Park of Haizhou District in Fuxin City of Liaoning Province. The company covers an area of about 67,000 square meters, and the built-up area is more than 20,000 square meters. The company is mainly engaged in Enzyme-catalysis technology and Enzyme-synthesis technology , especially focuses on the production of the series of Cephalosporin Intermediates. The main products are Cefoxitin Acid, Cefmetazole Acid, Atovaquone Intermediates, new Anti-cancer Drug Intermediates, Fluorine-containing Drug Intermediates, etc. After several years of specialized construction, the company consists of Production Area, Living Area, Storage Area, Tank Area. It has 3 production workshops, 1 pilot workshop, 1 solvent-recovery workshop, 1 solvent-turnover tank area, 1 drying workshop, 1 power workshop, 1 sewage-treatment workshop. It is equipped with 206 sets of stainless and enamel reaction equipments in total, liquid-nitrogen devices, nitrogen-gas devices, purified-water devices, refrigeration devices, oil-heating devices, etc. We can do a variety of chemical-unit reactions at any temperature between -90℃to 180℃, rectification, drying and other chemical processes. The total capacity of all of our equipments is 1,500 cubic meters. In 2009, the company was named the Provincial Technology Center Enterprise. In 2010, the company has passed the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification, the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification, and the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification.
