Panjin Changrui Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., as a joint-stock enterprise, has more then ten years' experience on CPE production, and its products are highly praised by numerous consumers. It is located in Dawa County of Panjin city near Bohai Sea, facing Yingkou City at the other bank of a river. It covers an area of 18,000 sq.m. and 6800 sq.m. as building area, with total investment of RMB 8.8 million. Now it has 120 employees including 4 senior engineering technicians and 8 medium-level technicians. Its design and production capability for CPE products is 10,000 t/y.
