The Yuan-Shin Materials Technology Corp. Ltd. (YSMTC) was established in 2004, and got the fully support from Taiwan Styrene Monomer Corp. Ltd. (TSMC). YSMTC utilized the base of R&D, process design, and scale up capabilities from TSMC and collaborated with the potential research institution in Taiwan to develop the commercialized preparation technology in organic fluorine compounds. Our aim, especially, is to prepare the precursor of the Parylene HT(AF4) films. We have produced several organic fluoro chemiclas with the advantages of high quality, satisfactory price, fast delivery and magnitude scale supplies. YSMTC has already obtained the relative patents from America, Japan, China and Taiwan.
