Akwawit–Polmos S.A. belongs to a group of companies being a part of a foreign trade company Grupa Kapita?owa Przedsi?biorstwa Handlu Zagranicznego "Bartimpex" S.A. Akwawit-Polmos S.A. is a company whose establishment results from the fusion of two well-known and reputable producers of spirits – Kompania Spirytusowa “Wratislavia” Polmos Wroc?aw S.A., with its seat in Wroc?aw, and a fermentation industry plant Przedsi?biorstwo Przemys?u Fermentacyjnego “Akwawit” S.A., with its seat in Leszno. As a result of the fusion AKWAWIT assumed all rights and obligations of WRATISLAVIA Company, including in particular all rights and obligations resulting from the agreements with counterparties. The company is one of the largest and the fastest developing entities of the spirit industry in Poland. It is a leader on the national market of bio-ethanol used as an additive to petrol. In 2007 in the subsidiary ”Wratislavia – Bio” Sp. z o.o. the company started a production of the rape-oil esters, used as an additive to diesel. Since 1879 we have been one of the largest producers of the best quality neutral spirit, premium rectified spirits, plain vodka. What is more, Akwawit-Polmos S.A. is an owner of holding companies which run similar businesses on the market of bio-components – "Wratislavia-Bio" Sp. z o.o. – producer of bio-esters and glycerine; and also Eko-Brasco Sp. z o.o. enabling the conglomerate diversification: – on the market of rape seed and oil; and a centre of conference and recreation Centrum Konferencji i Rekreacji Sp. z o.o. – on the market of hotel, recreation, and conference services. We also own a holiday centre O?rodek Wypoczynkowy in Boszkowo. Our primary goal is to gain the customers’ satisfaction with the manufactured and sold products. The assurance of the high quality of products and particular attention given to environmental issues are an integral part of our strategy and constitute an expression of social responsibility of this business activity.
