We also produce maleic anhydride, butyl aldehydes, sodium nitrate and nitrite, ammonia, nitric acid and other raw materials for the chemical industry. 2-ethylhexanol is a clear and colorless liquid with a characteristic odor. It is used in the production of plasticizers, acrylates, as a solvent in the paint and varnishes industries, as a wetting agent in textile industry, and as a agent which improves cetane number in refining industry. It is also used in the production of coat forming agents and antifoam agents. Isobutanol is a colorless and clear transparent liquid with a characteristic odor. It is used in the organic syntheses, in the production of plasticizers, amino resins and varnishes. It is a good solvent.
