Profile: ORPEGEN Peptide Chemicals GmbH is a supplier of amino acid derivatives for both the pharmaceutical industry and research labs worldwide. We are also a contract manufacturer for active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) with a focus on peptides and small molecules. We offer peptide chemicals such as amino acid derivatives and preloaded resins. Our services include custom peptide synthesis, analytical service and purification. We perform solid phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) in reactors up to 26 liters and synthesis in solution up to 800 liters volume. We offer services in the use of all kinds of resins, protecting group strategies and deprotection/coupling methods. Cleavage is safely handled from small to large scale using various cleavage cocktails. Our purification services include HPLC, ion exchange, extraction/crystallization, and customized solid/mobile phase solutions.
