European Coatings Show
On Monday, March 27, a nationwide warning strike on public transport virtually paralyzed public life in Germany. However, full in all pavilions and enthusiasm on the part of exhibitors and visitors. From March 28 to 30, 24,605 coatings experts gathered information on the latest trends in the world of paints and coatings exhibited by 1017 exhibitors from 42 countries. The high-level conference started on 27 March and was exceptionally well attended. The response of the 730 participants was always positive. In eight exhibition halls, trade visitors from the world of paint and coatings were shown all industry trends and innovations in coatings, printing inks, laboratory technologies, production, testing or measurement, adhesives or chemical materials for construction. The focus was on sustainability, nanotechnology or eco-friendly coatings: formulators, process engineers, quality managers and buyers found here all the innovations from the entire coatings market.

ECS Conference Award 2023
The winner of the European Coatings Show Conference Award is Dr Hong Xu of Cardolite and her team.At the European Coatings Show Conference the speaker who presents the best scientific and/or technical paper will be honoured. It is sponsored by the European Coatings Journal and consists of 2,000 EUR prize money and an award.An independent jury will select the winner of the 12th ECS Conference Award, decidedly a measure of excellence in coatings technology. -
