Nearly ten Chinese API companies increase capital and expand production

On July 29, Shisiyao Group revealed that the company is considering possible spin-off of its API and medical materials integration platform and independent listing on a recognized stock exchange in Mainland China. If it is possible to continue the spin-off and listing, it will be implemented through a spin-off and listing that complies with the 15th Application Guideline of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
 
On July 28th, Hunan Jingfeng Pharmaceutical announced that it had considered and approved the cooperation framework agreement to invest 282 million yuan in Changde Economic Development Zone and Hunan Changde Deyuan Investment to build the "Changde City API and Preparation International Industrial Park Project". It is reported that the total investment amount of this construction project is approximately RMB 684 million. This investment aims to integrate raw material medicine production resources, improve the production chain, and accelerate the company's development in the field of preparations.
 
Earlier, Fuxiang Pharmaceutical planned to raise a total of no more than 1.064 billion yuan. After deducting the issuance cost, it will be used for the high-efficiency penem antibiotic construction project and the annual production of 616 tons of navir intermediates. The former belongs to the antibiotic product. The others are anti-virus products.
 
Aoxiang Pharmaceutical plans to raise a total fund of no more than 350 million yuan, which will be used for the construction of specialty raw materials and key pharmaceutical intermediate production bases.
